Equity-Design Apprenticeships

Through our apprenticeship program, we elevate project-based learning by partnering with diverse organizations on short-term sports and community projects. Through a competitive team format, we strengthen our project management skills, creative/productive thinking abilities, and leadership tendencies to grow our community and gain practical career experience and evidence that details achievement and understanding through a unique on-the-job learning opportunity.

community Exploratories

Our foundation is rooted in the experiences of culture and sport.  In order to maintain our authenticity, we provide programming in the areas of culture and beauty, modes of communication, social justice, and sport. To date, areas of emphasis for academic development are conducted through the Exceptional Recruiting Course, and Inclusive Study Hall, where we address the needs of literacy and broad subject tutoring using inclusive practices and address the financial needs of accessing education through scholarship funding.

Student Corterie

The Student Corterie is a leadership committee of student-athletes from the Denver Metro area (Bridges Lane North) and the Pikes Peak Region (Bridges Lane South) assembled to provide insight into their experiences, identify the commonalities, and chart a plan of action for the year. The coterie works to determine annual themes, exploratory curriculum, and support program evaluation.
